Join FireWatch

FireWatch is a solo project today, but the roadmap points toward a team. Here's who I'll need — and how to reach out early.

No open positions — yet

FireWatch is self-funded and run by a single founder, so there are no formal job postings right now. But these are the areas I know I'll need help with as the system moves toward the field. If one of them sounds like you, I'd genuinely like to hear from you — reach out and let's talk.

Introduce yourself

Engineers

More hands across the hard parts — embedded and RF, flight controls and autonomy, aerospace and airframe design, and software and AI. If you build things that fly, sense, or think, there's room here.

Legal

A lawyer who can help navigate FAA and airspace regulation, government contracting, and protecting the intellectual property behind the system.

People & HR

Someone to help build the team the right way as FireWatch grows from one person into an organization — hiring, structure, and taking care of the people who join.

Government Relations

Someone who can open doors and build relationships with the local, state, and federal fire and emergency agencies FireWatch is built to serve.
